Mark Twain famously remarked, “There are three types of lies: lies damn lies and statistics.” We’ve all heard statistics thrown around relative to the Caronavirus: infection rate, death rate, probability. The problem is that we don’t have accurate intuition in regard to what these numbers actually mean!
